NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE BLAENGWRACH COMMUNITY COUNCIL WILL TAKE PLACE AT 6.30pm ON THE 13th SEPTEMBER 2018 AT ST.MARY`S CHURCH HALL, BLAENGWRACH. THE AGENDA WILL GE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Apologies for Absence;
2. Declarations of Interest;
3. To approve the minutes of the meeting held on 12th July 2018 as a True Record of that meeting;
4. Matters Arising from the meeting held on 12th July 2018;
5. Agenda Items:                                                                                                                                                                                a) Further Funding & Other Matters Relating to Phase Two of the Park Project;                                                        b) Future usage & fees for the Welfare Hall & Park;                                                                                                            c) Yun Herbert to Address the Council on his/her Environmental Project;                                                                    d) Discussion on “Fixed Rate for Gas” at Welfare Hall;
6. Planning Applications;
7. Crime & Policing -A local officer will be attending to discuss/explain Local Reported Crime Figures;
8. Finance (to approve payments made & income received);
9. Correspondence;
10. Committee Reports;
11. Matters raised by Councillors;
12. Set date, time, venue & proposed agenda items for the next meeting.
