Muga Damage Report Muga Damage Report Why has the Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) remained inaccessible since the beginning of April?   Cwmgwrach Welfare Hall Park Regrettably, the Council was compelled to close the MUGA on April 8th due to damage. This damage resulted from electric scooters being ridden on the artificial turf.  CCTV footage revealed that the damage was intentionally inflicted by individuals who had been previously warned about the detrimental effects of their actions.
