It is proposed to hold the Council`s Monthly Meetings on the following dates between June 2019 & May 2020:
13th June 2019;
18th July 2019;
August 2019 – NO MEETING;
19th September 2019;
17th October 2019;
21st November 2019;
December 2019 – NO MEETING;
16th January 2020;
20th February 2020;
19th March 2020;
16th April 2020; &
21st May 2020 (Annual General Meeting & Monthly Meeting);
AT PRESENT ALL MEETINGS ARE HELD IN ST. MARY`S CHURCH HALL, BLAENGWRACH AND COMMENCE AT 6.30pm. ANY CHANGE OF VENUE WILL APPEAR ON THE AGENDAS (INCLUDING AGENDAS ON THIS WEBSITE).
NOTE: Members of the public are entitled to attend the meetings, unless excluded by resolution of the Council, but are only able to address (speak at) the meeting if they have confirmed the specific topic on which they wish to speak to the Clerk, in writing, at least seven working days before the scheduled date of the meeting.
