The monthly meeting of the Council will take place on the following dates for 2018-2019:
14th June 2018;
12th July 2018;
August 2018 – No meeting;
13th September 2018;
11th October 2018;
8th November 2018;
13th December 2018;
10th January 2019;
14th February 2019;
14th March 2019;
11th April 2019;
9th May 2019 – Annual General Meeting followed by the Monthly Meeting (if time allows).
NOTE: MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ARE ENTITLED TO ATTEND THE MEETINGS, UNLESS EXCLUDED BY A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL, BUT ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADDRESS (SPEAK AT) THE MEETING IF THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THE SPECIFIC TOPIC ON WHICH THEY WISH TO SPEAK, TO THE CLERK, IN WRITING, AT LEAST SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS (THIS DOES NOT INCLUDED WEEKENDS AND/OR BANK HOLIDAYS WHICH WOULD NEED TO BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION) BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DATE OF THE MEETING.
At present all meetings are held in the St. Mary`s Church Hall, Blaengwrach (Any change of venue will appear on future agendas & on this website.
