Decisions made at the Meeting:
Agenda Item a) – Council approved the Accessibility Policy and Biodiversity Policy.
Agenda Item b) – All Councillors agreed that the Hall “conference room” should be offered for hire to Brighter Futures. No fees were discussed or agreed. It was decided that the group would need to visit to see if the room was suitable before negotiations took place.
Agenda Item Correspondence – Clerk had received an email from Garry Sage who had put on last year’s Panto for the Council. It was agreed that the Council should book the company again. The ideal date would be 30th of November. The shows on offer this year are Cinderella or Rapunzul. Preference of the Council would be Cinderella. Clerk to check availability and make the booking.
