Tender for Quotes: Welfare Hall Interior Painting and Decoration

  1. Scope of Work

The Council is seeking quotes from qualified Painters and Decorators to undertake the painting of the interior walls and woodwork within the Welfare Hall. This project is scheduled to be completed during the summer months.

  1. Availability and Access

To minimise disruption, the preferred working days are Tuesdays and Wednesdays, as the hall is typically vacant during these daytime hours. Access arrangements will be coordinated with the Clerk following the appointment of a contractor.

  1. Materials and Equipment

Please note that all paint will be supplied by the Council. Additionally, basic equipment and necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are available on-site for use by the contractor.

  1. Quotation Submission and Review

Quotations must be emailed to the Clerk by Wednesday 17th June 2026. Decision will be made at the next council meeting to be held on Thursday 18th June 2026 at the Welfare Hall and online.
